With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Paul is highly skilled in driving business and IT transformations. He has an exceptional track record of effectively structuring and executing large-scale and intricate change initiatives that involve multi-million-pound budgets and business cases. Additionally, he has collaborated with a diverse range of companies, spanning from start-ups to large-scale enterprises.
Peter is an expert in facilitating change for businesses, focusing on enhancing the experiences of their customers and users, both in digital and operational contexts. He has extensive knowledge in Agile change delivery, Service Design, research, prototyping, and Agile Product ownership. Peter has successfully transformed numerous services for regulated and complex businesses.
Lindsay’s professional experience spans across the areas of Commercial and Operational Management. Notably, she has achieved certification as a qualified Scrum Master. Her expertise lies in the development, facilitation, and support of high-performing teams, ultimately aimed at delivering optimal outcomes.
