ANDREW MCILROY

Andrew has over 20 years experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Systems Thinker, leading data and insight-driven improvement of customer services, automation and digital systems. He has shaped and led strategic programmes, delivered significant benefits for major clients in financial services, telecoms and IT, led and developed trans-national teams.

Paul Swinson

Paul has over 20 years of financial services experience and specialises in delivering business and IT change. He has structured and delivered large-scale complex change programmes with multi £m budgets and business cases. He has worked with a diverse range of companies from start -ups to large scale enterprises.

Peter Cooper

Peter has over 20 years experience in change, helping businesses transform their Customer and User experiences, both digitally and operationally. Peter has deep skills in Agile change delivery, Service Design, research and prototyping and Agile Product ownership, he has transformed a wide range of services across regulated and complex businesses.

Lindsay Swinson

Lindsay has over 20 years experience and has worked in Commercial, Operational Management most recently become a qualified Scrum Master her skills are building, facilitating and supporting teams to deliver the best outcomes.
